HISTORY

Compujet was formed in 1992 after identifying areas in the printer market which were under serviced. Compujet's commitment to providing top quality products, the best possible pricing and the highest level of service proved successful, and today the company has branches in Johannesburg and Cape Town, employing motivated and dynamic team members.

Compujet was appointed as a Hewlett Packard Premium Reseller in 1997, which has helped us to offer our business partners a wider range of services. This has been received every year since then, until we became an HP Select Partner, then a HP Business Partner and now a HP Preferred Partner.

Compujet received the HP Printer Dealer of the Year in 2001. Compujet will always endeavour to maintain the excellent reputation it has earned and strive to better this accolade in the future.

Compujet consistently upgrades and evaluates the infrastructure of the company, to ensure efficient sales and effective logistic support, benefiting our valued business partners.

SOCIAL RESPONSIBILTY

Compujet takes a keen interest in a local charity, CHANCE, ( Children’s Home and Nurturing Centre). This home nurtures and educates abandoned and sickly children.

PRODUCT OFFERING

Compujet provides a full Printing Solution. Traditionally, different dealers have supplied different facets of the customers' print environment. This has led to opposing print strategies and high printing expenses. Compujet has combined all of these to benefit the client both in terms of expertise and cost.

Compujet fulfils this by:

• auditing the client's print environment,
• advising on print strategies,
• arranging various finance options,
• supplying the equipment required
• installing the equipment,
• providing training and support
• maintaining the printers via various maintenance options
• supplying consumables for the printers
• analysis and management reporting

Compujet can combine all of these areas of expertise into a full outsource solution, and we recognise the successful management of this as our core competence.

All of the above are performed by Compujet staff and is not subcontracted. The technical division is staffed with qualified technicians, under the management of an HP ISP Certified Technician.

PARTNERSHIPS

Compujet works closely with Hewlett Packard on several of HP’s key nationwide accounts. Compujet’s infrastructure, relationship with HP and its distributors allow for efficient servicing of clients nationwide. This includes printer rollouts, maintenance and consumables deliveries.
